Eigentlich sollte die P1atzierung der Anleihen schon im Sommer stattfinden, nachdem Kiew von der russischen VTB im Juni einen Überbrückungskredit über zwei Milliarden $ erhalten hatte. Die von VTB, JPMorgan und Morgan Stanley geleitete Road Show lief schon Anfang Juli.
